Amy Bryant is the Executive Director of Florida Guardian Support Network having been elected to that role in 2022. A University of Central Florida graduate, Ms. Bryant also serves as a Professional Guardian. Having worked for several prominent central Florida law firms, Amy transitioned to the non-profit sector in 2015 before moving to the Guardianship Department of Seniors First in 2021.

Emily Katz, Esq.
Orlando Health
Emily, who is Florida Bar board certified in Health Law, is Managing Counsel, Legal Affairs, for Orlando Health, Inc. Prior to joining Orlando Health, Emily handled a wide variety of healthcare and hospital law matters with a local insurance defense firm.

John Julian
Orlando Health
John Julian is a Social Worker with nearly 15 years of healthcare experience in both the acute and post-acute care settings. He has been with Orland Health for 4 years, and currently supports Care Management’s Discharge Support Program, Complex Care, and Non-Emergent Transfer Center.
He earned his undergraduate at The Ohio State University, and his Masters Degree from the University of Central Florida.
He is a member of the Baptist Health Post-Acute Navigation Team and serves on the board for the Florida Guardianship Support Network as Interim President.

Kent Johnson, SVP
AdventHealth
Kent has had a long and distinguished career as a Senior Auditor, Manager and Director for AdventHealth. He is responsible for Care Management, Clinical Documentation Integrity, Supply Chain, Care Transformation and Workforce Management.

Nicole Ayoub, MSN, RN
Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer, Care Transitions – AdventHealth Central Florida Division
Nicole Ayoub is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 25 years of nursing leadership experience spanning acute care, post‑acute, home health, and system‑level operations. In her current role, she leads care management and Age‑Friendly initiatives for AdventHealth’s Central Florida Division, supporting more than 176,000 patients each year, including a large population of older adults with complex needs.
Nicole is a strong advocate for whole‑person, age‑specific care and is dedicated to improving access, safety, and outcomes for vulnerable individuals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors in Florida with her husband and their two young‑adult children.

Thelma Woolridge
FHL Care Management
Thelma is a Care Manager for FHL Care Management, a Professional Guardian, and serves as a court appointed Examining Committee Member for Guardianship matters in three counties. She owned and operated an adult family care home for people with dementia and has served as an Ombudsman. She is a former Director of Public Guardianship for Orange & Seminole counties and a former hospice nurse. She holds an Associates in Nursing, Bachelors in Nutrition, Masters in Management, and Post-Graduate Certificate in Geriatric Care Management.
