Amy Bryant is the Executive Director of Florida Guardian Support Network having been elected to that role in 2022. A University of Central Florida graduate, Ms. Bryant also serves as a Professional Guardian. Having worked for several prominent central Florida law firms, Amy transitioned to the non-profit sector in 2015 before moving to the Guardianship Department of Seniors First in 2021.

President
David A. Yergey, III ('D3') is a local probate and guardianship attorney in Orlando, Florida. David received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Alabama. He serves The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section and is Chair of The Florida Bar Elder Law Section. He is currently serving as the President of Florida Guardian Support Network and represents many of the Foundation's Professional Guardians.

Jose R. Rodriguez, (Retired)
Judge Rodriguez has has a distinguished career in law. A graduate of Florida State University's College of Law, Judge Rodriguez is an adjunct professor at Barry University after having retired as a Circuit Judge with the Ninth Judicial Circuit. He served as the first Hispanic Orange County Judge from 1987 to 1994 and was the first Hispanic Circuit Judge for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida from 1994 to January 2019.

Judge Thorpe has had a distinguished government, corporate, and judiciary career. A graduate of Emory University’s School of Law, Judge Thorpe initially worked for the U.S. Treasury before moving into corporate counsel roles for two financial services organizations. From 2000-2022, Judge Thorpe served on Florida’s Ninth Circuit Court.
